I really liked the game with its story and atmosphere! I would be extremely glad if this story had some kind of continuation. I wouldn't even mind just reading some materials about this game universe)

Great Job Mate, 11/10 would recommend

Yes, I don’t often do vids lately, but this game is worth it. Since I made a full-fledged review-story in the form of a book, here it is brief. The game is very good. Especially in terms of plot. Here, each hero feels like a real person, and even in such a small gameplay segment, the author was able to show their character and features. In addition, judging by the plot and comments on itch.io, I would really like to see a sequel. I know it wasn't planned that way originally, but damn, there's a hell of a lot of interesting stuff that could be revealed in the sequel. And the mental tram of the protagonist, and a variant of a different ending (for the sake of which I searched all the boxes in the game before I found a comment about this, lol),. and in general, revealing the lore and background is much better, which I'm just sure the author will be able to do while living. Well, in terms of the technical component, the game is quite well optimized, even very much. I won’t talk much about the gameplay, because it’s not the main thing, but even here you can find interesting moments, such as, for example, the cipher in John’s room. So yes, I really liked this game and I hope that the author will continue it and reveal it more in future games. Thank you for your attention)

Thanks for the kind words and review :D

I really love the aesthetics and the audio ambience is great too, but above all else, great love and much work have gone into developing characters with personalities and a "world background"! Still, I will take a wild guess that you wanted to do more with this, or intend to do so in the future, and honestly, you should, there is great potential here! Keep up the good work! Cheers!

Thanks for your kind words, I'm glad you enjoyed my little game :D

Hello, I played this game and I really enjoyed it! Great job :)

The game's really good and I like how you can piece the story in just by paying attention to what's being said as well. Nice job. I kinda wish the root's effect was more pronounce in the environment somehow.

This game is kind of underrated for what it is. Definitely had a fun time playing this, puzzles were pretty good with being a bit difficult but not too hard and the overall story is decently well made. Made a video on it.

Any clues on how to not get the bad ending? I've played through multiple times trying a few different ideas and nothing seems to work...

There is only one ending to the game ^^'

lol I see now that they were being sarcastic... I was assuming from the way things were worded in the description (good behavior will be rewarded, everything is a puzzle, true story is hidden in plain sight, etc.) that there'd be a good ending for making certain decisions or performing certain actions.  My suspicions were raised even more when I found that some of the windows upstairs could be boarded up. Couple that with the reference to a weapon being hidden somewhere and I think you'll see how someone might get the idea that there's a better outcome waiting to be unlocked. Bummer!

There was another ending planned and some more story as well, this is actually a semester project, and the deadline was today. I might expand on the game in the future. Makes me really happy to hear that the story interested you ^^

My pleasure! Here's my playthrough if you'd like to check it out.

welp, the game looks good, the game mecanics are good,i like the lil minigames/puzzels,but it feels a bit like you are just walking around compleating tasks (not that much action),but over all the game is well made,gj
